Although systems have advanced and become more reliable On-Site service is sometimes required to correct an issue. Our service technicians are prepared to correct any on site issue from cabling, network or hardware. We provide On-Site service for our solutions and those of other providers.
If it’s important to you then it’s important to us! Our support desk operates 24/7 for priority issues. We offer several Support Desk service levels depending on your specific needs and like our On-Site team we can provide support on systems that we not provided by us.
Many of our clients do not want to manage their systems database. Our Data Management teams will manage your restaurant systems for you so you can concentrate on running your business. This includes adds, deletes and changes including but not limited to menu, pricing, coupons, discounts and inventory.
Our in house repair department provides electronic repair on every piece of hardware we sell. From printers, terminals, kitchen display systems and back of house computers can all be shipped to us for repair to reduce your cost.
If you do not have the time to wait for a depot repair we also offer advance exchange on most hardware we sell or support. This option eliminates component down time and frustration for your staff while still reducing your cost of an on-site visit.
