Since 1956, Little Toni’s has been serving multiple generations of Angelinos with their one-of-kind pizzas, pastas and variety of Italian fare from their North Hollywood, CA location. As a current Micros Res 3700 user they recognized the need to upgrade to a more modernized system. They reached out to POS Technical Services (POSTS) to address the following issues:

1. Out of Date Equipment  - older terminals prevented the ability to use newer technology

2. Table Side Ordering -  need to place orders quickly and effectively to expedite table turns

3. Integrated Online & Delivery Ordering – currently have multiple tablets spread across counters to accommodate Uber, Doordash, Grubhub, etc.

4. Real-time Cloud Reporting – ownership must be at location in order to run reports

 

To address these issues, they turned to Oracle Simphony and here’s how it helped:

 

1. Cloud Based Solution: upgrading to Oracle 625x terminals allowed for a smooth Simphony implementation

2. Tablet Integration: the team at POSTS successfully implemented a tablet which helped speed up the ordering process

3. Simphony allows for the use of 3rd party platforms to be seamlessly integrated not previously available along with gift card & guest loyalty

4. Custom Reporting: now able to build and customize the exact reports needed to streamline cashier close-outs and revenue allocations
