Step 2 - Schedule a Discovery Call
The first step is to schedule a Discovery call with the lead. This is ALWAYS the first step in the sales cycle.

Pick a Time/Date
Its you role to make sure customer selects a day/time that they can attend. You need to confirm their attendance 24 hours before Web Meeting. Make SURE you use customers email, First, Last and Phone # when scheduling.

Technology for Web Meeting
Please make sure customer knows how to use a Web Meeting Tool, we use Microsoft Teams. Once scheduled the will receive and invite and you will be copied. You need to make sure they have access to a computer with speakers and microphone. The first call is a short presentation then we jump into Discovery.
