· Installation of PC based network hardware and voice/data cabling, procurement and installation of point-of-sale equipment and software, burn-in and staging of PC based hardware and software, and on-site repair and service of PC based equipment.

· Project Management services from the inception of the project to the completion. Our Project Managers will participate in all facets of the project. Because they are experts in the implementation and management of technology implementations, our Project Managers will assist with the project plan and provide consultation as needed to ensure a successful implementation of your project. Our Project Managers are responsible for the selection and deployment of field installation crews, procurement of installation materials, dispatch of field engineers for on-site services, and most importantly the administrative functions, which include but are not limited to; daily reporting of installation and service activities, invoicing and billing inquiries. With just one call, you will have access to very crucial installation or service information.

· Technical Staffing for regional and national project implementations. Depending on the project size and scope, our Project Managers will mix and match the appropriate resources to maximize efficiencies. Because each project requires specialized resources, we will carefully staff the project with dedicated technical resources and project management. All assigned installation crews will receive comprehensive in-house and field training no matter the size or scope of the project. Standardization and quality of your project will be our priority.
